Drop one tablet into a glass (about 200 ml) of room-temperature water, wait until it fully dissolves (60-90 seconds), and drink. Never swallow the tablet whole.

›Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes! COD is available across Pakistan. You can also pay by card online (coming soon).

›How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and typically arrive in 2-4 working days nationwide via our courier partners.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it. Opened supplements can't be returned for safety reasons.
